General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

Subject

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company CASA DE NATA and its customer in the context of the sale of the following goods: Pastel de nata, coffee, juices, and other products sold at the pastry shop. Any service provided by the company CASA DE NATA therefore implies the unconditional adherence of the buyer to these general terms and conditions of sale.

Prices

The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day of the order. They are quoted in euros and calculated including VAT. The company CASA DE NATA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated at the time of order registration.

Discounts and Bonuses

The proposed prices include the discounts and bonuses that the company CASA DE NATA may grant, considering its results or the buyer’s assumption of certain services.

Discount

No discount will be granted for early payment.

Payment Terms

Payment of orders is made:
  • In cash.
  • With a restaurant card (no meal tickets).
  • With a credit card.
At the time of order registration, the buyer must pay the total amount of the invoice.

Delivery

CASA DE NATA does not provide delivery services. The customer who placed an online order must go to the location to collect the order or arrange for their own delivery person.

Force Majeure

The responsibility of the company CASA DE NATA cannot be engaged if the non-performance or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. In this regard, force majeure includes any external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event within the meaning of Article 1148 of the Civil Code.

Competent Court

Any dispute related to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of PARIS.
